Outpatient Services - Young Adult
Our Young Adult program serves individuals aged 18-30.
Through a team-based approach, including a Clinician and Rehabilitation Case Manager, we focus on increasing an individual’s ability to manage their mental health symptoms in their day-to-day life. We target both functional skills (i.e. social skills, vocational, and independent living skills) as well as addressing emotional factors that are impacting the individual.
